Evangelism Course for Every Christian College
New 2-Credit Online Summer Course
May 18, 2026 - August 15, 2026
In partnership with Asbury Seminary and Wheaton College, the Evangelism Commission is pleased to offer a new online summer course for undergraduate students: Christian Formation & Ministry 231: Evangelism.
Taught by Dr. Jay Moon and Professor of Record Dan Haase, the course brings together scholars, missiologist, and practitioners to explore evangelism and Christian mission. Drawing on the cultural and theological diversity, lectures highlight the distinctive contributions of evangelical traditions to evangelism.
Students engage expert-led online lectures, participate in peer discussion and collaborative assignments, and develop practical tools for addressing evangelistic challenges and opportunities within their contexts.
Through this summer course, students examine the biblical and theological foundations of evangelism, engage contemporary and global perspectives on Christian witness, and cultivate authentic and accessible approaches to sharing faith. We invite CCCU institutions to incorporate this course into their curricula and partner with the Evangelism Commission in equipping students for faithful and effective witness.
Offered through the Acadeum platform, this 2-credit summer course is available to all CCCU member institutions. Learn more at Acadeum.
