Executive Director of the Church Evangelism Institutes

John Eiselt is a ministry leader, coach, and strategist with a passion for helping people and teams pursue their mission together. He currently serves as Executive Director of the Church Evangelism Institutes. Previously, he served as Executive Pastor of Ministries at Five Oaks Church and as Pastor of Campus Operations and Associate Campus Pastor at Eagle Brook Church, one of the largest multi-site churches in the United States.

For more than 20 years, John has worked alongside students, adults, parents, and families to help them discover God’s love, embrace His story, and grow in relationship with Christ and their church community. Known for his collaborative leadership style, he is passionate about developing pastors, coaching ministry leaders, and fostering healthy team cultures that enable organizations to thrive.

John’s experience spans both church and parachurch ministries, where he has helped create strategic ministry systems and rhythms that mobilize churches and teams around their mission. He holds graduate studies from Fuller Theological Seminary and is committed to equipping leaders and organizations for lasting kingdom impact.
