Joe Boyd serves as director of the Wheaton College Billy Graham Center Church Evangelism Institute, where he equips pastors and churches across the country to become evangelistic, multiplying communities. He is also the lead pastor of Grace Fellowship in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota—one of the most evangelistic and reproducing churches in America—where over 80% of adults are engaged in small groups and new churches are launched annually.
