Ben serves as the Lead Pastor at CedarCreek Church, a place that changed his life long before he ever imagined working there. He showed up as a spiritually restless college student, unsure of what he believed, and found a church that helped him meet Jesus and discover purpose. He joined the staff in 2001 as one of CedarCreek’s first interns, later leading student ministries, serving as a campus pastor, and eventually becoming Lead Pastor in 2015.

Ben is passionate about making the Bible come alive in a way that feels clear, helpful, and deeply relevant. He loves helping people see who God created them to be and take steps toward the life God intended. In his leadership, Ben aims to create a church where anyone, no matter their background, can explore faith authentically. His heart for the local church extends beyond CedarCreek, as he invests in leaders and churches who want to reach people and make a lasting impact.

Ben cherishes his wife, Lauren, and their four children. In his free time, he enjoys collecting new experiences and embarking on creative adventures.
