Why Every Pastor Must Learn to Listen, Listen, Speak with Jay Kim

In this episode of Craft & Character, Steve Carter interviews author and pastor Jay Kim about how to hear God’s voice and communicate truth in a noisy world.

Jay unpacks what led him to write his new book Listen, Listen, Speak. He talks about how discernment, mastering the art of listening well to God and one another, and also being able to clearly speak to the times is important for every preacher.

Jay is one of the wisest, most thoughtful and accessible pastoral voices of our day. His insights will help you in your time alone with God; leading one-on-one meetings with staff, congregants, elders; and helping to best engage, respond, and speak order into the chaos.
