CQ Train-The-Trainer For Christian Leaders

Must have completed the CQ Certification (see info at bottom of the page)

CQ Train-the-Trainer is a two-day in-person training led by Dr. Harry Li, Dr. Graham McKeague & Dr. Janine Allen. The goal is to encourage, equip, establish, and expand a community of Christian facilitators who can provide theologically grounded, experientially informed, and practically useful application of CQ® assessments, training, and growth strategies that will improve an organization’s cultural intelligence.

We train individuals to lead their own faith-based workshops for Christian organizations throughout North America, including churches, schools, denominations, church-planting networks, parachurch ministries, etc. This unique, first-of-its-kind event specifically focused on Christian trainers will include certification as a faith-based trainer by the CQ® Center.

Train-the-Trainer Certification for Christian Leaders will provide:

  • Biblically grounded, experientially informed, and practically useful instruction, guidance, and continuing community for leaders providing CQ workshops in Christian contexts
  • Proven effective slide decks, online and other printed resources for your own use or modification
  • Official certification by the CQ Center as a faith-based trainer
