Joe Pryor is a seasoned Correctional Professional with over forty years of ministry experience. For twenty-one years he served as a Chaplain for the Federal Bureau of Prisons, where he retired in 2011 as Chief Chaplain for the agency. Following his federal career, Joe served as an Assistant Warden, Warden, and Senior Director for Reentry in the private sector. Along the way, he has developed and implemented innovative reentry programs that have been completed by 100,000 plus incarcerated men and women. Joe is an ordained Baptist minister and has pastored three churches. He has participated in international symposiums representing the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the United States Department of State, and the United Nations on matters of religious programming and its impact on terrorism. He currently works as a private consultant and enjoys engaging with people who want to make a positive difference in the lives of people. He is married to Vickie and finds joy in his three children and six grandchildren.

Pastor John K. Jenkins Sr. is the senior pastor of First Baptist Church of Glenarden in Landover and Upper Marlboro, Maryland. He has been leading the church since 1989. He is also the president of Converge, becoming the first African American to lead the organization, and is the Co-founder and Executive Council Chairman of the Wheaton College African American Church Evangelism Institute since 2020.

Rev. Dr. Irwyn L. Ince serves as the Coordinator of Mission to North America and was the former Executive Director of the Grace DC Institute for Cross-Cultural Mission (ICCM). Dr. Ince is also an Adjunct Professor of Pastoral Theology at RTS Washington. He earned his BE in Electrical Engineering from The City College of New York and began his professional career as a systems engineer and project engineering manager in the Washington-Baltimore Metropolitan area. Sensing a call to ministry, Dr. Ince pursued an MA degree with Reformed Theological Seminary and earned his Master of Arts (Religion) degree from RTS in 2006. Following his graduation, he helped plant City of Hope Presbyterian Church in Columbia, MD. Dr. Ince later earned his DMin from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2016, and in 2018, he was unanimously elected as the 46th PCA General Assembly Moderator, becoming the first African American elected to the position. He is the author of The Beautiful Community: Unity, Diversity, and the Church at Its Best, published in 2020, and Hope Ain’t A Hustle: Persevering by Faith in a Wearying World, published in 2024 by InterVarsity Press. He has been married to his wife, Kim, since 1992, and they have four children and two beautiful granddaughters.

Steve Carter is the Lead Pastor at Christ Church of Oak Brook and is helping to champion the Preaching Institute to equip pastors on how to preach hospitable and transformational messages. Steve hosts the Craft and Character Podcast, which ignites preachers to grow in their craft while always intentionally working to have their character lead the way. He has also authored two best-selling books, Grieve, Breathe, Receive, and The Thing Beneath The Thing. Steve lives outside Chicago with his wife, Sarah, and their two kids. When Steve isn’t hanging around with his family, friends, or church community, you will probably find him watching a University of Michigan football game.

Mark planted the Mosaic Church of Central Arkansas in 2001, a multi-ethnic and economically diverse church in the urban center of Little Rock where he remains the directional leader. In 2004, he co-founded the Mosaix Global Network and continues to serve as CEO and convene its triennial national conference in Dallas, TX. Mark has written eight books including Building a Healthy Multiethnic Church; Disruption; and The Coming Revolution in Church Economics.

A 2010 Wheaton graduate (M.A., Theological Studies), ordained in the Evangelical Free Church of America. Sean has 27+ years of ministry experience and has led his church to grow the new believer conversion rate from – 3% to 10%+ of average annual attendance.

Dr. Rick Richardson, Executive Director of the Research and Church Evangelism Institutes, the Luis Palau Chair of Evangelism, and Professor of Evangelism and Leadership
Rick is a Professor of Evangelism and Leadership at Wheaton College and consults widely with churches on Evangelism, healing, reconciliation, the emerging generation, and contemporary missional churches and missional movements. In addition, Rick is an ordained Anglican priest and served for several years as a Pastor of Evangelism and small groups.
Rick earned his M.Div. from Northern Baptist Seminary, and focused his studies in evangelism and urban ministry. He received his Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
