Many are choosing an approach where the first meeting each month of the quarter is conducted with the whole staff and all ministry leaders. The second month of the quarter a meeting is held with the different ministry teams. The third month of the quarter meetings are done individually with leaders.
This process has proved to be efficient in larger congregations as it does not materially increase the number of meetings anyone has to attend. All the while it enables the DNA of the congregation to change and transform by providing regular opportunities for inspiration, accountability, training and planning.
